We have a beautiful clubhouse available for rental with a full kitchen.
Rates are below and include a facility use fee and a deposit. The deposit will be returned upon a satisfactory inspection of the premises once the rental is complete. Payment of the deposit fee is required to reserve the rental date. Dates will be held for 2 days to receive deposit and contract, after 3 days the date will be reopened for rentals. Payment of all fees must occur no later than 30 days prior to the event. Cancellation of rental will cause the deposit fee, swimming fee, and guard fee, to be forfeited (while the facility fee will be returned.)

Member: $175 per day + $100 security deposit due at time of reservation
Non Member: $300 per day + $100 security deposit due at time of reservation
Guard Fees: $150 for after hours swimming for members
Guard Fees: $200 for after hours swimming for non-members
